As a QA Lead at MADFINGER, you will be responsible for overseeing all processes within the QA department. This includes executing and implementing testing strategies, collaborating with the development team and external QA, and ensuring all game features, functionalities, and scenarios are thoroughly tested. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring timely issue resolution. This role requires extensive experience in PC game testing and a deep understanding of the QA testing lifecycle. You will be working in a team of passionate gamers and will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of exceptional gaming experiences.
Must have:
  • Minimum 4 years QA experience in video game development
  • Avid fan of online multiplayer games
  • Experience in all aspects of QA testing lifecycle
  • Proficient in QA tools and bug-tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities

Calling all passionate gamers with extensive experience in PC game testing! As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing all processes within the QA department. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our development team and external QA, testing all game features, functionalities, and scenarios. Your expertise will create a thriving environment for the QA team to identify and report defects, provide actionable feedback, and ensure timely issue resolution to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to our players.

What is your MISSION?

  • Helping us create an immersive and engaging gaming experience.
  • Proactively creating and implementing strategies to continuously improve testing processes and take the entire team to the next level.
  • Working with the team to ensure milestone releases are appropriately tested, and all issues are addressed on time.
  • Reporting project status and promptly alerting key leaders about any escalating issues.
  • Researching and developing new testing solutions.
  • Creating guidelines for functional and exploratory tests.


Who will FIT in with us?

  • Previous QA work in video game development for a minimum of four years in a leadership position.
  • An avid fan of online multiplayer games who is fully devoted to the world of gaming.
  • Extensively experienced in all aspects of the QA testing lifecycle.
  • Proficient in using QA tools and bug-tracking systems.
  • Very high standard of communication skills and teamwork.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks and test scripts is a plus.
  • For this role, we are looking for someone who can work and live in Brno, the best (gaming) place in the world, and meet all the MADFINGER's in our office.
