QA Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee the quality assurance process for our LBVR product & LBVR experiences, ensuring that all releases meet high standards of quality and performance. Your expertise will guide the QA team in implementing best practices and testing strategies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You Will Do: 🚀

• Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective testing processes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with the development team to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Establish and maintain QA best practices, processes, and documentation standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing and quality assurance activities within the product development lifecycle.
• Perform regression, performance, and usability testing to validate product functionality and user experience.
• Monitor quality metrics and generate reports to inform stakeholders of product quality and improvement areas.

• Proven experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in the gaming or VR industry.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience working with Unity projects.
• Experience leading QA teams and managing testing processes across multiple projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• A passion for VR technology and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
