We are looking for a skilled and motivated VR/AR Technical Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers on technical topics and questions, providing guidance and support to our users, creators, developers, helping them maximize the product value. For this role we are looking for someone with advanced knowledge of Unity engine.
Your goal is to ensure the users' success and satisfaction with our product.
What will you do? 🚀
- Create high quality docs, guides, creator materials.
- Conduct onboarding, workshops and training sessions for our clients and partners to facilitate a seamless integration of our product.
- Provide demos, technical guidance and support to clients, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize their use of the product.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients developers, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure successful product adoption.
- Monitor usage and engagement metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving customer success initiatives.
- Channel back information and insights from users to the product team.
- Proactive proposals to improve our products and services.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in Unity Engine and VR/XR technologies.
- Strong product knowledge, with the ability to explain product use and features simply, methodically and effectively
- Project Management: Being the key POC to the technical team on the customer side throughout the whole process; experience with customer engagement tools and platforms.
- Analysis: Ability to conduct interviews, get feedback from users, and create reports.
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge and experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
