Ninja Van is hiring a Province Operations Manager in Nam Dinh, Vietnam. You'll oversee delivery operations, manage teams, and ensure timely deliveries. Experience in logistics and excellent people management skills are essential.

Cung cấp chương trình huấn luyện và đào tạo cho đội trưởng giao nhận, xem xét và giám sát hoạt động của các nhân viên và trưởng trạm
Giải quyết các vấn đề hàng ngày của Vận Hành Trạm như kiệt sức của khách hàng, tăng khối lượng quá công hoa, bưu kiện thất lạc
Đề xuất ý tưởng để cải thiện hiệu suất
Tác vụ tài chính
Hỗ trợ theo dõi chi phí vận hành khu vực miền Bắc hàng ngày / hàng tuần / hàng tháng
Theo dõi thu COD và ngân sách của tất cả các trạm tại khu vực
Đề xuất ý tưởng để đạt được mục tiêu chi phí
Quản lý dự án
Giám sát dự án tại khu vực
Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng Nhân viên giao nhận/Trưởng trạm
Tiến hành khóa đào tạo cho các trạm trưởng và trợ lý trạm mới
Hỗ trợ hoạt động chính
Các công việc khác được phân chia bởi quản lý trực tiếp

Requirements

Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản lý cung ứng, vận hành, kho vận, giao nhận thương mại điện tử
Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng Trở lên, chuyên ngành Logistics là một điểm cộng
Kỹ năng quản lý con người và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
Kỹ năng giao tiếp xã hội tốt
Kỹ năng sắp xếp công việc và nâng cao kế hoạch
Khả năng tư duy phân tích và quyết định
Trình độ tin học tốt (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, v.v…)
