Job Description
Lead the development of a scalable Superapp using React Native for iOS and Android. Design and maintain the core framework and SDK for seamless mini-app integration. Implement robust APIs and toolkits for third-party mini-app integration. Ensure high performance, handle high traffic, and maintain a modular architecture. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams. Implement comprehensive testing frameworks, and create technical documentation. Minimum 5 years' experience developing Superapps or on similar platforms (Careem, Alipay, Rappi etc.), with 1 year of team management experience is required.

Job Details
We are at the forefront of creating a Superapp that revolutionizes how developers can build applications quickly to provide a great user experience. SuperApp will empower internal and external developers to create mini-apps using our Superapp framework and SDK, fostering innovation and scalability. With the Superapp (e.g., Careem, Alipay, and Rapp), we aim to deliver a seamless, all-in-one experience for users worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Superapp Development: Design, build, and maintain a scalable Superapp using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Framework and SDK Design: Develop the core framework and SDK that enables internal and external developers to build and integrate mini-apps seamlessly.
- Integration Capabilities: Implement robust APIs and toolkits to integrate third-party mini-apps seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the app is lightweight, efficient, and capable of handling high traffic and multiple mini-apps simultaneously.
- Architecture Design: Develop and maintain a modular architecture that supports flexibility and scalability for future enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, backend teams, and external developers to ensure alignment and success.
- Testing and Debugging: Implement comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure the Superapp's reliability, performance, and security.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation for the framework, SDK, and mini-app integration guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing Superapps or working on platforms like Careem, Alipay, Rappi, or similar, with 1 year of team management experience.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and developing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Deep understanding of Superapp architecture, including modular frameworks, mini-app management, and SDK development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other integration technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools for mobile application development.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions for apps with high traffic and multi-functional features.
- Strong focus on delivering a polished, intuitive, responsive user interface.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
