As a Record to Report Ops Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your tasks will include posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, preparing reports, and assisting in audits. You will analyze and resolve moderately complex problems, potentially creating new solutions while adapting existing methods. This role requires an understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management related to team goals. You will interact with supervisors, peers, and management levels at the client or within Accenture. The work may involve managing small teams and/or work efforts within the client or Accenture. The role might require working in rotational shifts.
