Your Mission
As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the team in various aspects of our engagements (i.e. Planning, Execution/Fieldwork and Completion)
Performing audit projects and consulting engagements in accordance with established methodology
Performing procedures such as: interviews, reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting processes
Preparing deliverables such as draft reports, presentations to Board/ Audit Committee, training content etc.
Contributing to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Engaging with different stakeholders both internally and at clients through meetings, workshops, training etc.
Driving collaboration with other subject matter experts across other lines of service
Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues
The requirements for this role include:
Possession of a relevant University Degree
Partly ACCA qualified, partly ACA qualified or in possession of a recognised University Degree.
Up to 2 years of experience in risk related services (such as internal audit) will be considered an asset but not a requirement
Having an inquisitive mindset, being analytical and with an eye for detail
Being enthusiastic and eager to learn and willing to get to know new business processes and industries
A desire for personal continuous improvement
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
