What You Can Expect
As a Remediation Engineer, you will work alongside the Product Security Incident Response team (PSIRT) members. You will organize, attend and contribute to Product Incident discussions. Facilitating root cause analysis for Product Incident findings through cross-functional discussions and follow up on any emerging action items. You will also create novel mechanisms to track larger systemic problems and issues from the PSIRT team and provide periodic updates. You role will involve generating creative dashboards to visualize the landscape of vulnerabilities at Zoom and drive the creation of meaningful metrics. This tole requires working alongside the team during US West Coast timezone daytime hours for a part of each work day.
About The Team
The Security Assurance team, comprised of the Offensive Security, Vulnerability Management & Bug Bounty organisations. It is responsible for completing the SDLC lifecycle loop through checks and balances in the final stages of SDLC. PSIRT is a wing of Security Assurance that is responsible for driving the most critical security findings. Using the various stages of fixes and for adequate attention by the appropriate executive committees.
