We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Schools Head to lead our initiatives with sports schools across India, such as IISM, Gharware, and similar institutions. This role involves driving revenue growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in delivering high-quality travel solutions tailored to the unique needs of sports schools and their students.

Key Responsibilities :

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand partnerships with sports schools across India.Set revenue targets and represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in sports schools.Deliver tailored travel solutions and ensure seamless service for client needs.
    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and onboard new sports schools, focusing on long-term partnerships.Upsell services like group travel programs, tournaments, and events.
    • Operational Excellence: Coordinate logistics, ensuring smooth execution of travel solutions.Address challenges proactively to maintain high service standards.
    • Team Leadership & Market Insights: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering innovation.Leverage market trends and data insights to refine offerings and drive business growth.

Qualifiers :

    • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, sports, or education sectors. Experience working with sports Schools or institutions is highly desirable.
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Sports Management, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem and its unique requirements.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
