Job Description
Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, seeks Marketplace Development Professionals. Responsibilities include managing projects end-to-end, defining requirements for sellers, creating guidelines, identifying innovative project ideas, collaborating with the growth team on seller strategies, conducting focus groups, and tracking seller NPS. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering, Management, Business, etc.), 4+ years of process development experience in a start-up or e-commerce setting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SQL and Excel. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the growth of Trendyol Go's marketplace.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct projects end-to-end from early-stage research through development, in consultation with stakeholders,
- Lead the projects, to provide requirements and prioritization for seller/partner needs to improve the quality of experience and journey,
- Create and update guidelines/procedures for the Seller life cycle,
- Finding new, innovative project ideas and pre-analysis,,
- Work closly with Growth team for the seller growth plans, execute growth programs, optimize the revenue and improve quality
- Having a growth mindset with an understanding of key on-demand metrics,
- Organize monthly or quarterly focus groups with seller and understand their need,
- Seller NPS tracking for all grocery business unit.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies,
- Minimum 4 years of process development or end to end process design experience in start-up, e-commerce or FMCG,
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility,
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- SQL, Excel, Looker knowledge is plus
- Proficiency in English,
- This position includes senior specialist or executive roles.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
