Job Description

Starkflow seeks a Sales & Partnerships Associate to drive business growth. Responsibilities include client acquisition, partnership management, sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, conducting meetings and pitching services, representing the company at events, developing strategic partnerships, overseeing agreement signing and contract management, conducting market research, developing and tracking KPIs, managing P&L statements, participating in recruitment, providing team mentorship, and overseeing email marketing campaigns. This role demands strong sales, negotiation, networking, analytical, and communication skills, along with operational expertise in CRM tools and sales automation.

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Workdays: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Associate to drive business growth through client acquisition, partnership management, and sales operations. This role requires a blend of sales, strategic networking, and operational management, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct meetings, pitch company services, and negotiate agreements to close high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and trade shows to generate leads.

Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure partnership agreements and ensure mutual success.
  • Continuously research market trends to identify potential partners and revenue-generating opportunities.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee agreement signing, contract management, and compliance for new partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and platform analysis to refine sales strategies and target the right audience.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor team performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Manage and update the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial accountability.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks, team structures, and performance benchmarks.

Recruitment & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in interviews and recruitment to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and client engagement efforts.
 

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships.

Networking & Relationship Management: Comfortable engaging with senior executives and industry professionals.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Experience in market research, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Operational Expertise: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and performance tracking metrics.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and present to stakeholders confidently.
