Primary Responsibilities:
Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all tasks and activities are properly planned and coordinated.
Assist in the preparation and management of the production budget.
Establish a process for communicating targets, assignments, and priorities to the team.
Schedule, track, and manage assigned work with Production Managers
Ensure work is on schedule for each department and is meeting internal and client deadlines
Check in with artists on a regular basis regarding workload, targets, needs, etc.
Track client needs, reviews and deliveries to make sure deadlines are met
Serve as key communication liaison between all parties.
Oversee production management and lead generation.
Actively seek and secure new projects, ensuring a complete sales cycle.
Engage in negotiations with potential clients and partners, such as Company A and Company B.
Handle paperwork and data management related to new projects.
Ensure a seamless business cycle from lead generation to project completion.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in production management within the creative industry.
Strong lead generation and business development skills.
Ability to complete the sales cycle independently.
Excellent negotiation skills with experience in securing large projects.
Technical knowledge of virtual production and real-time rendering.
Awareness of the latest technology trends and updates in the industry.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with high-stake clients and partners.
Ability to build and maintain trust with clients through authentic and ethical practices.
