Job Description

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding affiliate partnerships, monitoring performance, and optimizing traffic and revenue. This role involves building relationships with key affiliate partners, analyzing their performance, and developing incentive programs. You will also create promotions, collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing campaigns, develop recruitment strategies, and represent Betsson Group at industry events. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing affiliate partnerships and experience in the online gaming industry is mandatory.

Job Description: Senior Affiliate Manager

Location: Malta

Position Overview:

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our affiliate partnerships within the chosen market. Your primary focus will be on building robust relationships and collaborations, monitoring performance and traffic volumes, and handling non-performing affiliates to optimize traffic and revenue growth. We seek an individual with an analytical mindset who is social, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Betsson Group brands’ affiliate performance from a strategy and acquisition perspective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners and networks.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
  • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create go to market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business within the market.
  • Represent Betsson Group affiliates at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
  • Participate in the hiring process of affiliate managers and provide these with training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing affiliate partnerships and performance.
  • Experience within the online gaming industry is mandatory 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices.
