This role is for a Sr. Associate – People Tech & Analytics to support the Talent Acquisition team. The responsibilities include managing recruitment data, generating insights through advanced analysis, automating processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to inform strategic hiring decisions. The role requires collecting, consolidating, validating, and cleaning recruitment data, designing and distributing reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, and performing ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable recommendations. The position also involves process optimization to streamline recruitment efficiency.
Must have:
  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain recruitment data.
  • Validate, clean, and reconcile data.
  • Design, build, and distribute standard reports/dashboards.
  • Create visually compelling, interactive dashboards.
  • Partner with stakeholders for TA initiatives.
  • Leverage Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • 3+ years of experience as MIS Executive/Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills and data insight generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
Good to have:
  • Experience within talent acquisition domain.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar).
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power Automate.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented analyst to support our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment data, generating insights through advanced analysis, automating routine processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to inform strategic hiring decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, consolidate and maintain recruitment data from various sources.
  • Validate, clean, and reconcile data on a routine basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Design, build and distribute standard reports and dashboards to track key TA metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and hiring trends.
  • Create visually compelling, interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Metabase.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Leverage Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation and deeper statistical analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.

Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as an MIS Executive, Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role. Experience within talent acquisition domain will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, power query and data manipulation techniques is a must.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tool is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever or any ATS tool will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and quality.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in working on data, especially on reporting, data analysis
