Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Manager specializing in Risk. This role involves collaborating with the CRO and risk team to understand business requirements, deploy key metrics in dashboards, and provide actionable insights. You will integrate analytical solutions into business processes, interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders, and monitor daily execution, diagnose issues, and fix critical pipelines. The role also requires handling ad-hoc analysis for risk-related data requests and analyzing new data sources, working with stakeholders on their integration into existing pipelines and models.
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with large datasets and complex analyses
- Comfortable with ambiguity and driving projects
- Solid knowledge of data modelling
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
Good to have:
- Prior experience in crypto or traditional finance
- Business proficiency in Mandarin
- Experience in crypto or stock trading
- Experience with machine learning algorithms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with our CRO and the wider risk team to understand their business requirements, deploy the key metrics in dashboard and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical solutions into business processes.
- Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Monitor daily execution, diagnose and log issues, and fix business critical pipelines to ensure timelines are met with our internal stakeholders.
- Handling ad-hoc analysis for risk related data requests.
- Analyze new data sources and work with stakeholders to understand the impact of integrating new data into existing pipelines and models
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis. Prior experience in crypto or traditional finance is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming language is a must.
- Proven track record of working with large datasets and performing complex analyses.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action-oriented outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of data modelling.
- Strong attention to details and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques.
Nice-To-Haves
- Business proficiency in Mandarin would be ideal to converse with mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in other markets.
- Experience in crypto or stock trading activity.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
