Job Summary
Job Description
The Senior Game Designer will work on the current portfolio of puzzle games, preparing GDDs, working on game balance, and running A/B tests to test hypotheses. They will also analyze the results of updates and experiments, and liaise with design, development, and marketing teams. The role also involves thinking through concepts for new gaming features. The candidate should have experience in managing a product development team. This position requires a love for games and a strong understanding of analytics, UX, and market research in mobile games.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games.
- Experience managing a product development team.
- Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games.
- Experience in mobile games market research.
- Experience in prototyping / development / LiveOps.
- Understanding of mobile games UX.
- Intermediate level of English language skills.
Good to have:

ZephyrMobile
You’ll be joining the ZephyrMobile team, which originally was formed in 2016 and has been part of Tripledot since May 2024.
The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.
Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development.
Role Overview
- Working with the current portfolio of puzzle games;
- Preparing GDDs;
- Working on game balance;
- Running A/B tests to test hypotheses;
- Analysing the results of updates/experiments;
- Liaising with design, development and marketing teams;
- Thinking through concepts for new gaming features.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games (preferably in casual genres aimed at a female audience of 30+);
- Experience managing a product development team;
- Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games;
- Experience in mobile games market research;
- Prototyping / development / LiveOps;
- Understanding of mobile games UX.
- Will be a plus: Experience with puzzles and puzzle games.
- English language skills at Intermediate level and above.
- Love for games
