The Senior Games Optimization Coordinator will be responsible for conducting daily operations to support the Casino Product across multiple markets and brands, ensuring high standards in the delivery of new releases, building relationships with external suppliers, adjusting lobby positioning, creating reports, collaborating with marketing teams, handling operational issues, improving processes, and understanding brand strategies. The role requires a data-driven and detail-oriented individual who will elevate player experiences and maximize game performance.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years experience with live casino management
  • Experience working with Gaming product
  • Experience working with provider
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach
  • Supplier commercial negotiation experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Senior Games Optimization Coordinator to elevate player experiences and maximize game performance across our portfolio. If you're passionate about games, thrive on analytics, and want to shape the future of online entertainment, we want to hear from you.
 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Conduct daily operations to support the Casino Product across multiple markets and brands
  • Work alongside both our Games Team and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards in the optimal delivery of new releases
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure promotional activity on new and existing games
  • Adjust lobby positioning and product features according to commercial strategy
  • Create reports for, and monitor product performance of, the Game Product Portfolio with respect to KPIs
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention Marketing teams in order to provide the Greatest Gaming Experience to our players
  • Handle operational issues with providers on behalf of escalations from our internal teams such as Second Line Support
  • Improve processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and improve standards
  • Understand and develop each of our brands from a Product perspective according to the respective product and brand strategies
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and provide competitor analysis.
    Assist in the delivery of product education to the wider organization.


 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 
Essential skills:
  • 3-5 years experience with live casino, ideally in a B2C management role
  • Experience working with Gaming product 
  • Experience working with provider
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach 
  • Supplier commercial negotiation experience
