Job Description

We are seeking a problem-solving, excellent communicator, and people-oriented individual to join our award-winning customer service team in Malta. The role involves providing seamless customer service to achieve the best customer experience. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Key responsibilities include assisting Lithuanian and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone, collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and KPIs, translating promotional texts and customer surveys into Lithuanian, managing customer accounts, and adhering to company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming. This is an opportunity to learn and progress within the iGaming industry in a multicultural and friendly environment.
Must have:
  • Written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Customer service background (face-to-face, online, or phone).
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills.
Good to have:
  • Previous iGaming experience.
  • Additional language skills (Russian, Latvian, Estonian).

If so we are looking for you to join our award winning customer service team based in our stunning offices in Malta!

The Wow 

You will be a part of a seamless Customer Service function, working to achieve our goal of the best Customer Experience. Not only that, your opportunity to learn and progress within Betsson is limitless!

At Betsson Group we work with a Hyrbid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. 

We want you to excel in the following:

  • Help both Lithuanian and English speaking customers via e-mail, chat and telephone
  • Work together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPI's)
  • Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
  • Manage customer accounts 
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

You're good at:

  • Communication written and verbal in both Lithuanian and English
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
  • Multi-tasking and time management 

Extra Awesome:

  • Previous iGaming experience 
  • Additional language skills: Russian, Latvian, Estonian...
