The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective learning programs to empower teams and cultivate a strong learning culture. This includes analyzing training needs, developing engaging content in various formats, monitoring employee performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting continuous learning. The role involves contributing to talent development, leadership programs, and mentoring processes, as well as updating programs based on feedback and best practices. Furthermore, the specialist will be involved in digitalizing training programs, identifying training metrics, and leading continuous process improvement.
Good To Have:- Coaching certificate from an accredited institution is a plus.
Must Have:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office applications.
