Job Summary
Job Description
As a Senior Learning Specialist at Roof Stacks, you will develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with Roof Academy's goals. You'll collaborate with department leaders and HR to ensure training initiatives support organizational objectives and improve employee performance. Responsibilities include tracking training needs and programs, staying updated on L&D trends, managing the LMS, and reporting on learning activities. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in L&D, demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs and utilizing LMS and other learning technologies. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement learning and development strategies and plans aligned with Roof Academy’s goals and objectives.
*Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to ensure training initiatives support organizational goals and improve performance.
*Track training needs, programs and development process of the employees aligned with Academy
*Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development to continuously enhance training offerings.
*Manage the learning management system (LMS), track progress, and ensure timely reporting on learning activities.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
*5+ years of experience in learning and development
*Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs.
*Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to assess learning needs and tailor programs to meet organizational objectives.
*Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
