Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Member of Technical Staff in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Support new feature development of "Bring Your Own Model" (BYOM), which requires proprietary knowledge of salesforce internal tools and infrastructure, knowledge of software security, and deployment into salesforce internal data center. Be responsible for architecting and designing new features. Own the responsibility of migrating BYOM platform from first party data center to public cloud infrastructure. Gather feature requirements. Put up a plan for design and development of these feature requests. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: Two years of experience in the following: (1) Bring Your Own Model (BYOM; (2) Spring Boot; (3) Docker; (4) Kubernetes; (5) Hadoop; (6) AWS; (7) Java; (8) Python; (9) Helm; and (10) Salesforce Public Cloud Infrastructure. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $180,960.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.
