The Senior Research Executive position is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple global market research projects for a Cytiva Operating Company. The role is fast paced and varied providing lots of opportunities for learning and development. A typical day may involve internal global stakeholder interaction to discuss questionnaire or discussion guide design; liaising with agency partners to manage and monitor recruitment or fieldwork progress; analyzing data and associated charting; creating a presentation to tell the insight story. For qualitative projects there may be some interviewing responsibilities and subsequent analysis.

Working under the guidance of an Insight Manager you will both lead the day-to-day management of standard market research studies and work alongside others on more complex projects.

This position is part of the Customer & Markets Insight team located in Bangalore and will be Hybrid in nature. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Liaise directly with stakeholders on day-to-day project management needs. Contribute to project design and delivery discussions. Manage project timelines.
• Brief and manage agencies where appropriate.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and charting.
• Work on creating research deliverables. Independently group and organize findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story.
• Attend presentations and support the Senior Manager, Customer and Market Insights with delivery of (part of) the research findings and recommendation.
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree level qualified (2:1 as a minimum) is essential, ideally in a relevant area (e.g. Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Immunology, Psychology)
• Must have 3+ years previous market research experience working within a market research agency
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with market research quantitative tools such as Q, Tableau etc.
• Experience independently managing several research projects simultaneously.
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• B2B and/or Pharmaceutical/ healthcare /life science research sector experience
• Experience with dashboarding such as Power BI
