This hybrid role is located in New York City. The work involves creating and maintaining Salesforce solutions with best practices.
Must have:
- 8+ years of Salesforce Developer experience

Ness is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in object-oriented programming and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Apex, Lightning Framework, and integrations, along with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex and the Lightning framework (LWC and Aura).
- Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- Create and manage web services using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external web services for data synchronization.
- Collaborate with third-party tools to enhance business processes.
- Develop mobile applications using Salesforce Mobile App features.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices when developing solutions.
- Write comprehensive test classes and create triggers, batch classes, and future methods.
- Configure process automation, security settings, and design data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Participate in agile implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and sharing knowledge.
- This position will be a hybrid role in New York City.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of Apex and the Lightning framework (LWC + Aura).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
