Shroom Showroom is a consulting agency that provides multiple services including showroom, influencer marketing, VIP dressing, events, partnerships and events. Join us and be part of our growth, recognition, and commitment to excellence.

We are currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator Intern for our team in the Fall.

 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an ability to craft compelling narratives and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong written skills: being able to draft press releases, editorial articles and stories. Fashion journalism experience is a plus.
  • PR and Marketing Acumen: Prior experience in fashion PR or marketing, equipping you with insights into the industry’s dynamics and strategies. Experience in fashion houses is a plus.
  • Fashion driven: Have knowledge in how the fashion industry operates and works. Being able to initiate conversations with brands and build strong connections with fashion houses and individuals.
  • Knowledge in showrooms: Hosting guests and being able to keep the conversation is mandatory. Being able to handle sending and receiving or any logistic issues is also needed.
  • Organizational Prowess: A proven track record of managing multiple tasks seamlessly, showcasing remarkable organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Keen Eye for Detail: An unwavering commitment to precision, even in high-pressure situations, ensuring accuracy in all endeavors.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Canva.
  • Legal Work Authorization: A valid US work authorization, able to receive school credit for the internship.
  • Savvy Social Media Insight: A comprehensive understanding of diverse social networks, understanding various platforms trends, showcasing your ability to navigate and leverage them strategically for effective PR campaigns.
  • Enthusiastic PR passion: A genuine passion for the PR industry and an eagerness to learn and apply its best practices in a real-world setting.
  • Creative Presentation Skills: The ability to craft various types of captivating decks to visually communicate ideas effectively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Pitch Decks and Presentations: Creating pitch decks to present to potential partners, brands, and influencers, showcasing the value of our services and plans.
  • Strategic Implementation: Working closely with the showroom team to perform the company’s PR strategy into actionable steps, aligning your efforts with overarching goals.
  • Event Management: Planning, organizing, and executing events if there’s one during the time being, including fashion shows, product launches, pop-ups, press previews, and more..
  • Partnerships: Cultivating strategic partnerships with other brands and companies to expand the brand’s reach and enhance its credibility.
  • Shroom social media planning: Plan posts concepts to execution.
  • Planning and assisting editorial shoots, from concept to execution.
  • Press Releases and Media Kits: Creating compelling press releases and media kits that effectively communicate the brand’s key messages, new collections, and noteworthy achievements to media contacts.
  • Manage and handle messenger deliveries.
  • Gifting Logistics: Handling PR gift packaging, personalization logistics, product pulling, notecard creation, shipment/fulfillment, and other administrative tasks related to giftings.
  • Developing effective communication strategies and key messaging documents for various purposes, including meeting notes, briefing documents, and email memos.
  • Client Communication: Maintaining excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and promptly addressing any concerns they may have. You should display professional communication etiquette across various channels such as email, phone, and in-person interactions with office visitors.
  • Creativity and Trendspotting: Recognizing social media trends and incorporating them into idea pitches for clients.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participating  in relevant industry events to further develop your expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends,keeping updated to opportunities for improvement in the field.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing data analytics tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of communication campaigns. Generate detailed reports with key performance indicators (KP|s) and insights to present to stakeholders.
