What You'll Do

Provides Level 2/3 production support for eCommerce applications, identifying and resolving incidents promptly.
Analysing root causes of production issues, performing code fixes, and deploying changes following best practices.
Collaborates with development and operations teams to maintain application stability and performance.
Monitor application logs, metrics, and alerts to identify potential issues proactively.
Document support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements.
Participate in on-call support rotation to respond to critical incidents outside of normal business hours.

What You Know

Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing Java-based applications.
Familiarity with web technologies, databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and application servers.
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
