Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product managers of our desktop software teams to enrich our catalogue of digital items offered on the Elgato Marketplace
  • Serve as helping hand to the tech team by collecting and organising requirements from all parties and drive the process to deliver new features and improvements
  • Dive into our data lake to understand customer behaviour and be able to develop ideas for new features and to improve existing use cases
  • Identify potential roadblocks and ensure they are pushed out of the way for all parties involved
  • Lead the strategy finding process and help defining expected outcomes of our roadmap
  • Take care of SEO initiatives and optimise conversion rates for solid financial results

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, technical background in web technologies is a big plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with frontend, backend and cloud engineers, as well as upper management
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with digital products ecosystems, particularly within the context of the Elgato Marketplace, is a plus
