Job Overview:
As the Marketing Lead for Anichess, you will play a vital role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our innovative chess learning platform. Anichess is a cutting-edge platform that combines artificial intelligence (AI) with chess education to provide personalized learning experiences. We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional who can drive the growth of Anichess through effective marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement a cohesive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention for Anichess.
    • Brand positioning and messaging: Define and communicate Anichess's unique value proposition, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Digital marketing campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to drive website traffic and user engagement.
    • Content creation and management: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media content, videos, and other promotional materials.
    • Social media management: Oversee and manage Anichess's presence on various social media platforms, engaging with the community, and driving engagement and brand advocacy.
    • Public relations and partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with relevant industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition.
    • Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, website metrics, user behavior, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Market research and competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
    • Team leadership and coordination: Manage a marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the tech or education industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
    • Familiarity with chess and/or the chess community is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
