This role requires a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This includes leading all aspects of HR operations, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. You will also design and oversee employee development programs to foster growth and retention, manage compliance with labor laws and regulations, drive company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs, provide strategic HR counsel to the executive team, implement HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making, and more.
Must Have:- Proven experience as VP of HR or similar senior HR role in a hedge fund or buy-side firm
- Start-up experience strongly preferred
- Strong strategic mindset
- Hands-on approach and willingness to execute tasks at all levels
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HR technologies and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
