Kolibri Games seeks an experienced User Acquisition (UA) Lead to manage the UA team, optimize campaigns, shape UA strategy for current and future titles, and collaborate with the Growth Director. Responsibilities include developing and executing UA strategies across various platforms (in-app ad networks, social channels, incentivized channels), overseeing ad campaigns, building relationships with AdNetworks, leading and mentoring the UA team, and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong mobile gaming industry experience, proven UA expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

User Acquisition Lead (f/m/d)
We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition (UA) Lead to join and guide our UA team. In this role, you will manage the team’s day-to-day operations, optimize and manage user acquisition campaigns, and shape the UA strategy and direction for current and future titles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UA strategies for our games in collaboration with the Growth Director.
- Experiment with and iterate on channels, optimization strategies, partner services, and automation tools.
- Oversee ad campaigns, ensuring performance is analyzed and optimized effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AdNetworks and industry partners.
- Lead and support the professional growth of our cross-functional UA team, focusing on development, career advancement, and recruitment.
- Foster collaboration across user acquisition, creative production, and data teams.
Required Skills
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry or a strong passion for games, especially mobile games.
- Demonstrated UA experience across platforms such as in-app ad networks (AppLovin, Unity), social channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok), and incentivized channels (Adjoe, Tapjoy, etc.).
- Proven ability to collaborate with ad creative teams and contribute to creative strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Motivated, organized, and adaptable work style.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
