Job Summary

Job Description

The Sound Director at Limit Break Japan will be responsible for all aspects of sound production and direction for iOS/Android mobile games. This includes creating sound specifications and implementation documents, waveform creation, and implementation and adjustment via middleware. The role also encompasses managing external vendors, negotiating implementation requirements, budget management, and supervising the sound team. Responsibilities extend to sound effect creation, music production, audio recording direction, and post-production. Experience with sound middleware (FMOD, Wwise, ADX2) and Unity is crucial.

Must have:

3+ years game sound direction experience
FMOD/Wwise/ADX2 experience
Unity development experience
Sound effect & music creation
External vendor management
DAW & waveform editing proficiency

Good to have:

Consumer game sound experience
Game BGM creation
Cutscene MA experience
Business-level English

業務内容

・iOS/Android上モバイルゲームでのサウンド制作　および　サウンドディレクション（仕様作成・実装書作成）

・波形作成　および　ミドルウェアを介した実機への実装、調整、デバッグ

・必要に応じて社外外注への発注および品質進行管理

・ディレクターや他部署との実装要件調整・交渉　予算調整

・サウンドチームの進行管理および指導

必須スキル

・3タイトル以上のゲームサウンドディレクション経験、またはそれに準ずる高度な知識、経験を持つ方。

・FMOD もしくはWwiseI ADX2等のサウンドミドルウェアを使ったサウンド組み込みと実装経験（含バランス調整、発音優先度調整等）

・Unity環境下での開発経験　プログラマと連携したUnity側での実装機能提案作成

・ゲーム効果音制作経験

・音楽制作　MA　音声収録ディレクション

・外部ベンダーとの交渉・契約・品質納品管理

・DAW（ProTools/Nuendo等）、波形編集ソフトの使用経験

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎スキル

・コンシューマゲームのサウンド制作およびディレクション業務の実務経験

・ゲームBGM制作経験

・カットシーン等のMA制作経験

■契約期間：期間の定めなし（ただし、最初の3ヶ月は契約社員となります）

■試用期間：試用期間あり

■就業時間：標準労働時間始業10時00分〜終業19時00分（実働8時間）

■勤務形態：固定時間制

■時間外労働：あり

■休憩時間：1時間

■休日休暇：完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、有給休暇、年末年始休暇
