We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook Operations group! Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you’ll do as a Sportsbook Operations Associate

  • Work with our broader Sportsbook and Trading teams to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings on time.

  • Ensure that live site content, live betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised in line with Sportsbook strategy and objectives.

  • Regularly make merchandising decisions leveraging a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and sports/sports-betting expertise.

  • Continuously think and collaborate with various teams on ways to improve customer experience.

  • Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.

What you’ll bring   

  • You have a customer-focused view and a strong understanding of what the Sportsbook customer wants.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.

  • Data-driven and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline preferred.

  • Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, which includes five days of work with two days off.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 52,000.00 USD - 65,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
