Zeta is seeking a Sr Manager, Enterprise Application Stack to manage their Enterprise Application Stack including Vendor Selection, Implementation, Integration, Training, Adoption, Usage, Engagement, Replacement, Reliability, Application Development and Service Desk. Must have experience with Enterprise Software and Systems (SaaS and on prem), Vendor Management, Implementation & Integration, Adoption & Engagement, Reliability, Application Development and Service Desk.

About the Role
You'll be working closely with the leadership and the Tachyon product team to build and scale the card issuance and core payments processing platforms that process payments from major card networks across the globe as well as payment systems like UPI.

Enterprise Application Stack Scope
- Enterprise Application Stack refers to all the Enterprise software and Systems (SaaS and on prem) that we use within our organization excluding Developer IT Operations such as
- Project Management and Service Desks - JIRA, Freshdesk
- Content Management, Collaboration and Office Suite - Confluence, MS Office, Loom, Panopto, Figma, Lucidchart, iManage
- HRMS, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, Learning Management - Darwinbox, Allsec, Lever, Infeedo, Mesh, Absorb LMS
- Telephony
- We develop several internal applications for various purposes within the org

Responsibilities
- The Manager, Enterprise Applications role is responsible for all Operations associated with our Enterprise Application Stack, comprising Vendor Selection, Implementation, Integration, Training, Adoption, Usage, Engagement, Replacement, Reliability, Application Development, Service Desk
- Identifying best-fit modern vendors
- Drafting RFIs and RFPs
- Conducting demos and bake-offs
- Assisting Pricing and contracting
- Keeping abreast with the latest developments and scheduling replacements
- Forming an indepth understanding of each Enterprise App and every feature and capability
- Architecting the integration into our organizational Enterprise App Stack including SSO, Data Lake, Reliability Monitoring, Analytics
- Overseeing the Implementation, Configuration of the Enterprise App and seamless migration from existing systems
- Creating and disseminating Process documents and training videos
- Measuring and promoting usage
- Sharing best practices and tips for optimizing productivity
- Monitoring and delivering high uptime, availability and response time
- Leveraging lowcode / nocode platforms such as Retool to develop internal Enterprise apps
- Defining and managing the Data architecture and data engineering pipelines
- Managing data analytics dashboards for all Enterprise Apps
- Running and operating the Service desk for all Enterprise Apps
