Senior Principal Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate QA Engineer with a deep understanding of slot games and how they function from a player's perspective. You will be an integral member of our Online Digital Gaming team, responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of iGaming products through thorough testing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of slot games, focusing on game mechanics, player engagement, and game flow.

• Collaborate within the Digital Gaming QA team to test and certify iGaming products.

• Prepare comprehensive test plans and documentation based on requirement specifications.

• Define and establish manual and automated test strategies, covering all stages of testing.

• Execute functional, compliance, acceptance, integration, installation, and system tests.

• Design and implement non-functional tests and expand automated/manual test suites as needed.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Utilize technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and other web-based tools to identify bugs and support debugging efforts.

• Provide technical analysis and resolution follow-up for raised issues.

• Conduct performance testing and present validation and analysis reports to project stakeholders.

• Provide testing estimates and timelines for QA activities.

• Mentor and support junior QA members, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineering or related field or related experience Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment.

• Strong communication skills to report bugs, testing progress, and collaborate with developers.

• Experience in test estimation, planning, and strategy development.

• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and foster team collaboration.
