主な業務内容：

• プラットフォームのプログラムを推進し、ステークホルダーと協力して要件を定義・実装する。
• プロダクトオーナーとして、プラットフォームエンジニアリングのイニシアチブを監督する。
• 進捗状況、リスク、スケジュール、タイムラインを社内外に報告する。
• 20以上の相互依存するチームとの関係を管理する。
• 要件に対して強固なコミュニケーションを築き、一致させる。
• 内外のチーム間でのブロッカーを特定し解決する。
• キー設定でプラットフォームエンジニアリングおよびオペレーションを代表する。
• 組織プロセス（例: インシデントおよび変更管理）を定義・最適化する。
• バックエンドサービスにおける自動コンプライアンスチェックのツールおよびプロセスを実装する。

必須条件：

• 大量のオンラインサービスにおけるプログラムおよびプロダクト管理の5年以上の経験、複数回の主要リリースサイクルの経験。
• Agileの手法に関する経験、特にScrumマスターやプロダクトオーナーの役割を経験。
• クロスファンクショナルなチームとの強力なコミュニケーション、コラボレーション、および対人スキル。
• 複数の情報源から情報を集め、エンジニアリングチームと共に戦略を構築する能力。

あると望ましいスキル：

• クラウドサービス（AWS/GCP）に関する知識。
• 機能テストの経験。
• AI駆動のテストやコンプライアンス自動化プロジェクトに対する知識。
• テスト自動化に関連するAIプロジェクトの管理経験。
