As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, maximizing the recommendation and penetration of both Sonicare and Zoom in our partners and industry. You will also explore opportunities with new customers and work closely on strategic projects. Responsibilities include achieving targets, planning and delivering strategic projects, exploring new business opportunities, negotiating and managing customer joint business plans, and ensuring accurate forecasts. This is a hybrid role and involves regular travel and working at the office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute to Philips’s growth in Dental Professional by working with our partners in dentistry as a Strategic Partnership Manager. This role is part of the Western Europe Oral Healthcare (OHC) Professional team and plays a crucial role within the OHC community

Working with our Oral Healthcare portfolio of Sonicare and Zoom whitening, you will gain broad and valuable experience whilst having the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial thinking.

As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, maximising the recommendation and penetration of both Sonicare and Zoom in our partners and industry, exploring opportunities with new customers and working closely on strategic projects.

You are responsible for:

  • Achieve the MOR target within each partner
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver strategic projects in line with the overall Dental Professional strategy
  • Actively explore new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage customer joint business plans
  • Manage customer collaborative marketing plans
  • Work closely with the Field Team and Inside Sales to ensure head office agreements are executed with excellence in practices
  • Work with the Customer Demand Planner to ensure forecasts are accurate and meet agreed KPI’s
  • Responsible to ensure all account admin is completed on time and in full
  • Effective stakeholder management
