About the team Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. Responsibilities 1. Develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap to define the business development direction and establish the department's positioning. 2. Conduct in-depth industry research to identify critical issues and potential risks, propose practical solutions for short-term, medium-term, and long-term challenges, and ensure their implementation. 3. Manage and coordinate large-scale projects by overseeing their full lifecycle, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks, and ensuring accountability for results. 4. Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as optimizing labor costs and travel expenses, by engaging deeply with business operations and driving collaboration across departments. 5. Build a strong team structure by managing and mentoring team members, enhancing communication and collaboration skills, and strengthening team cohesion.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher, with over 4 years of experience in strategic and PMO fields, including at least 3 years in a management role. 2. Exhibit exceptional communication, coordination, and influence skills, with the ability to efficiently engage with stakeholders and seamlessly integrate resources across multiple parties. 3. Demonstrate adaptability to high-concurrency project management and the capability to handle large-scale projects effectively. Preferred Qualifications 1. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, a mindset of innovation, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach. 2. Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and to reach challenging goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
