About The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as the CEO office Strategy Product Manager and drive the company's strategic vision to new heights. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and success in a rapidly evolving market.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly global payment and risk functionalities, to effectively communicate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Close collaboration & coordination with various business units, including but not limited to, Product & Engineering, Marketing teams, and Growth units.

Expertise in product, finance, and computer or financial technology related fields will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that enhance the company's payment capabilities and customer experience. Past experience in crypto industry is a big plus.

Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of issues within payment and risk features, collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement sustainable solutions and prevent recurrence.

Proactively identify potential risks or challenges related to payment and risk features and work with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and be able to have a deep understanding of project status, issues, and risks to CEO and stakeholders, including executives, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Support cross-functional teams and play a consultative role in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
What We Look For In You

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven track record in product management, project management, business analysis, and strategic planning, preferably in the blockchain & web3 industry.

Experience in consulting, investment banking or quantitative analysis role is a plus.

Strong background in managing complex projects and a willingness to engage with multiple business stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive data-driven decision-making.

Self-driven, eager to learn, proactive in problem-solving, and adaptable to changing environments.

Embrace navigating through ambiguity, adapt quickly to changes, and deliver results.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
