  - Oversee all local contracts, ensuring effective partner reviews in collaboration with Create, Legal, Accounting, and Tax teams.
  - Manage work order terms and billing processes for third-party contractors. Team Engagement and Development:
  - Plan and coordinate team-building events and activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
  - Facilitate onboarding of new hires by coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Workplace, IT, and managers to ensure a seamless integration. Policy and Procedure Oversight:
  - Serve as a resource for team members, providing comprehensive information on company policies regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, facility use, and equipment management. Space and Facility Management:
  - Conduct space planning and coordinate internal moves to optimize workplace efficiency.
  - Proactively maintain department common areas and lead creative sessions for effective branding and utilization. Relationship Building:
  - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners to support operational goals and project success. Travel Coordination:
  - Manage extensive travel arrangements by collaborating closely with team members and the Travel Team to create comprehensive travel packages.
  - Process business visas and ensure compliance with travel requirements when necessary. Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, proficient in both conversational and written communication
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking, with exceptional time management abilities
  • Capable of completing complex work assignments and projects with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates ownership and initiative with solid critical thinking and strong analytical skills
