Locations: Kansas City, MO | Hybrid (In Office 6+ Days Per Month)

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Provide mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach.
  • Provide proactive and innovative solutions to customers.
  • Staff leader of primarily business support representatives who work on issues of limited scope.
  • Evaluate issues within the context of established practices and procedures to assign tasks and provide direction and guidance in daily team activities.
  • May spend a portion of time performing the individual tasks of the unit.
  • May recommend new procedures and process improvements to achieve team goals.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimally requires a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Problem solving and numerical reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and take action
  • Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs
  • Proficiency in use of business productive tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, data management, project management, and presentations
