Tax NewLaw - Associate

How will you value-add?

• Assist clients in areas such as operating strategy, process optimisation, spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation.

• Help clients evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC SG NewLaw managed services

• Gather business requirements, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support.

• Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement.

• Conduct market research and interviews for clients including but not limited to legal tech landscape review, legal opportunity analysis, and market opportunity research.

• Assist in generation of reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and any documents necessary for client deliverables or RFQs.  

About you:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s/Juris Doctorate from a recognised university from a related field, including but not limited to: law, legal operations, business management, accounting, economics, information systems.

• Approximately 3 - 5 years of related work experience.

• Experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation is a bonus 

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a must.

• Knowledge of legal tech tools and GenAI tools is a bonus.
