About the Role

We’re looking for a Team Partner to join our global team and support teams across various JetBrains offices. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted people partner to team leaders and employees, and support day-to-day team dynamics, communication, organizational development, and team health.

  • Help guide and support team changes such as growth, restructuring, role clarification, or leadership transitions.
  • Foster open and constructive communication within and between teams.
  • Facilitate conversations around team health, feedback, and expectations.
  • Contribute to improving cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support internal communication initiatives to enhance transparency and connectedness.
  • Actively participate in change management efforts across the organization.
  • In the future, play a key role in team development and long-term people initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (Recruiting, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to ensure holistic support for your teams.
  • Promote JetBrains’ values through a people-first, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and relate to others across different teams and backgrounds.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion.
  • Confidence in handling ambiguity, interpersonal tension, and evolving team needs.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence others with empathy and clarity.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and staying grounded under pressure.
  • Understanding of team dynamics, feedback practices, and change management principles.
  • Fluency in English.

Why Join Us?
