This position requires partnering with the China & HK market commercial excellence and sales team, serving as the contact for the HK region, and leading Route to Market digital/tech solutions and commercial data analytics/reporting across Greater China organizations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with commercial business units, driving digital innovation initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholder communications, and enhancing business units' digital capabilities. The role also involves adapting to the company's values and culture, with a focus on growth mindset and enterprise thinking.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with SFA/DMS implementation.
  • Familiarity with E2E commercial business cycle and inventory management.
  • Strong data insight and analytics with PBI reporting experience.
  • Capability on innovation and agile thinking.
  • Capability on adapting to change.
Good to have:
  • Cantonese is nice to have.
  • Experience on building up MDM infrastructure and design.

About the role

The position will partner with China & HK market commercial excellence and sales team etc, act as the contact window for HK region and lead on Route to Market digital/tech solution and commercial data analytics/reporting etc crossing Greater China organizations.

Key responsibilities

  • Partnership with BU like Commercial Excellence, Sales, Trade mkt etc crossing China & HK markets. Associate commercial BU’s business strategy development and strategic digital innovation project execution by co-work with Tech product & portfolio team or 3rd party partners. Act as an expert on R2M technology enabled solutions/products etc, and champion to BUs.
  • Expected to drive corporate’s digital innovation initiative’s BU adoption and ensure value realization by exploring BU’s digital needs, leading digital solution investigation, and acting as BU’s digital contact for requirement gathering and cross-functional endorsement, ensure related digital/tech initiatives align with corporate digital strategy, info security data governance, compliance and legal guidelines.
  • Internal and external stakeholder communication and cross function coordination, E2E tech initiative management to ensure continuous deliverables align with corporate business strategy and priority.
  • Besides China mainland market, manage HK market in parallel, can leverage tech capability, resource, solution and platform for both markets, can also drive HK specific initiatives to fulfill HK business growth needs.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership on cross department collaboration, ability to enable tech team local and global stakeholders to support on delivering value to must win market China’s tech initiatives.
  • Enhance BU’s digital capability, including but not limited to: digital mindset enablement, online & offline integration, digital training and workshop execution etc.
  • Adopt to Haleon value, ways of working and culture with growth mindset and enterprise thinking.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Minimum 6 years working experiences with SFA/DMS(Distributor Management System)etc Route to Market related digital/tech solution implementation experience, consumer healthcare, pharma or FMCG related experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with E2E commercial business cycle, knowledge with understanding sell-in, sell-out, underlying, inventory management process.
  • Strong data insight and analytics capability with experience of PBI reporting/dashboard project management, ability to explore the tech solution needs, experience on commercial management BI roadmap planning and infrastructure set up.
  • Capability on innovation and agile thinking.
  • Capability on adapting to change.

Preferred

  • Cantonese is nice to have.
  • Experience on building up MDM infrastructure and design for data flow is preferred.
