As a Technical Program Manager at Google's Core team, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in Enterprise Security Operations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate across teams. You'll drive initiatives to scale security assessments and operations, create roadmaps aligning security objectives with business priorities, provide regular updates to leadership, and act as a trusted partner to security engineers and analysts. Responsibilities include understanding and identifying work problems, obtaining prioritized deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact, and enhancing security maturity. A strong technical background and program management experience in security are crucial.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years program management experience
- Experience in Security Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders & team members
- Drive initiatives to scale security operations
- Create and implement roadmaps
Good to have:
- 5+ years in program/project management (2 years in security)
- 2 years managing cross-functional projects
- Understanding of security concepts (risk assessments, threat modeling)

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, with 2 years in a security-related role.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
- Drive initiatives to scale security assessments and operations at enterprise level from intake and triage to execution and closure.
- Create and implement roadmaps that align with both security objectives and business priorities.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and act as a trusted partner to security engineers and analysts to enhance security maturity.
