Summary

The role requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a unique product environment encompassing software, hardware, operations, support, and solutions.
10+ years software program management in SaaS/PaaS or cloud computing
Experience partnering with engineering, product, and support teams
Experience delivering complex software products
Knowledge of project management methodologies

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience managing projects in a technical/software engineering environment.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in a software program management role in SaaS/PaaS, cloud computing or enterprise software.
Experience in partnering with engineering, product management and support teams to facilitate the design and delivery of networking/telco focused products.
Experience in delivering complex software products, knowledge of project management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent technical acumen and leadership across organizational and team boundaries.

Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, adapt key planning, execution, and reporting processes in a unique product environment consisting of software, hardware, operations, support, and solutions
Drive the execution of software development projects through planning and cross-functional coordination to deliver program outcomes. Coordinate with third-party partners to integrate external timelines with internal timelines.
Work with software engineers, Quality assurance, product managers and other engineering teams to get quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
Lead technical programs for the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts.
