Growe is seeking a skilled Trainer Customer Support to provide comprehensive training on company products and services, develop training programs, and support the team's growth. Proven experience as a Trainer, proficiency with LMS, and strong communication skills are essential.

We need your professional experience:
  • Proven experience as a Trainer in customer support or a similar position (at least 1 year);

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS);

  • Proven ability to create and develop training programs;

  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;

  • Experience in iGaming industry will be a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities;
