Job Description
We are looking for a developer to build games for various target platforms using the Unity framework. Your main tasks will be to implement game functions, converting design ideas, concepts, and requirements into an engaging game. Key responsibilities include rapidly iterating UI elements, implementing game functionality, creating custom plugins if required, translating design specifications into functional games, communicating with the team, providing feedback, and creating production-ready software. You'll also be responsible for code quality, optimization, and automation. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reliable code. Ensure best performance and quality. Collaborate with user testing to gather feedback. Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs.
Must have:
- 2D/3D application development in Unity/C# or C++/OpenGL/GLSL
- Excellent knowledge of Unity, including scripting and animation
- Experience in developing apps for both Android and iOS
- Implement Unity animations and uGUI interfaces comfortably
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
Good to have:
- Experience with creating and working with Unity Plugins
- Knowledge of graphics optimization
- Familiarity with level design and planning
- Experience with game physics and particle systems
- Experience optimizing memory usage for older hardware

Job Details
We are seeking a developer responsible for building games for various target platforms based on the Unity framework. Your primary responsibilities will be to implement game functionality translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging game. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential. Experience with creating and working with Unity Plugins is plus.
Responsibilities
- Rapid iteration of UI elements and graphical assets with in-house designers
- Implement game functionality as per communicated design
- Create custom plugins incase required.
- Translate design specification into functional game
- Communicate with other team members to establish effective pipeline and integrate media assets
- Provide feedback to core software team about the hand tracking API
- Create production-ready software from initial prototypes. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Coordinate with user testing specialists to gather accurate end-user feedback
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Skills
- 2D/3D application development in Unity/C# or C++/OpenGL/GLSL
- Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management
- Experience in developing apps for both Android and iOS
- Comfortable implementing Unity animations and uGUI interfaces
- Knowledge of graphics optimization
- Familiarity with level design and planning
- Experience with game physics and particle systems
- Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware
- Experience with 3D is a plus
- Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns
- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools {{such as Git}}
