1. Job Description

• Build and develop Midcore RPG Games on the Unity platform for Android & IOS operating systems;
• Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas and achieve the goal of bringing products to millions of global users;
• Fix bugs and improve game features and performance;
• Coordinate with team members to operate and optimize products..

2. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Unity in the game industry
• Good knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, capable of handling native plugin conflicts well, building multiple platforms, optimizing performance, build size, etc.;
• High sense of responsibility, diligence, focus in work, able to work under high pressure (professional, warrior);
• Work independently, work well in a team;
• Open-minded, willing to learn and share new technologies;
• Likes playing games, has knowledge of games
• Priority given to candidates with demo products (clearly state role in the project if working in a team);
• Good English.

3. Benefits

• Salary: negotiable based on ability; salary review periodically once a year; salary review based on ability up to 4 times/year.
• Quarterly business performance bonus.
• Work 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday; off on Saturday, Sunday.
• Working hours: 7 hours/day (9h-17h30; 1h30’ lunch break)
