About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Citrix engineer with a history of designing, deploying, and managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and VDI projects. In this role, you will be responsible for implementation projects involving users across multiple regions migrating to new Citrix platforms. You will need to have experience designing high-performance Citrix environments and deploying them to a broad range of users. You will be involved in architectural design and also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and changes to this platform.

You should be experienced in performance tuning to maximize user experience within Citrix environments, scaling Citrix supporting infrastructure, and designing and implementing a strong security model.

As part of our IT Platform team, much of your work will involve creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate all aspects of the Citrix environment using Citrix SDK and APIs, and internally developed modules. A foundational understanding of PowerShell and an ability to write clear and functional scripts are musts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be needed to collaborate with colleagues across the firm—locally and abroad—to find and resolve issues, plan and execute Citrix deployments, and improve systems where possible
