Job Description

Develop and maintain features for the PlayStation companion app (Android/iOS), working closely with PS5/PS4. Responsibilities include detailed design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with a team of engineers and product managers across multiple locations (including Tokyo and the US). The role involves developing social features such as messaging and parties for an app with over 30 million monthly active users. Experience with Kotlin/Java (Android) or Objective-C/Swift (iOS) is essential. The team uses a variety of web-centric technologies, offering opportunities for technical growth and challenges.

Must have:

3+ years Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) app development experience
Collaboration with domestic and international teams
Full-stack development experience
Proficient in detailed design, coding, testing, and debugging

Good to have:

Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native)
Team development experience
TOEIC 650+ or equivalent

■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)

PS5/PS4と連携動作するAndroid/iOS向けモバイルアプリケーションにおいて、エンドユーザ向けの機能開発やアプリケーションフレームワークの導入検討などを行います。
要件に対して詳細設計・コーディング・テスト・問題解析等の一連の開発業務をメンバーと協力して実施していただきます。
国内外の開発チームやプロダクトマネージャーなどチーム外の人とコミュニケーションする機会も多いです。

PlayStation App向けにメッセージやパーティーなどのソーシャル機能の開発を行なっている10人程度のチームです。

PlayStation Appは月間アクティブユーザー数が３千万を超えるモバイルアプリであり、多くのユーザーに自らが開発した機能を提供する事で大きなやりがいを感じられます。

英語力はもちろん、採用している技術は、Webを中心にプラットフォームを問わず汎用的なものが中心となっているため、技術的なチャレンジ・トレーニングの機会も多々あります。

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】

以下のどちらかの経験を3年以上有する事
・KotlinまたはJavaを使用したAndroid向けアプリ開発
・Objective-CまたはSwiftを使用したiOS向けアプリ開発

【歓迎（WANT）】

・React Nativeなどのクロスプラットフォームフレームワークを利用した開発経験
・チームでの開発経験

・国内外のメンバーと積極的なコミュニケーションを取れる方

■語学力 / Language Skills
【英語】
・TOEIC 650点以上目安
・海外のエンジニアとの密な連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション(テキスト、リモート会議、出張)が必要とされることがあります。
・自ら向上する意欲があれば現在の語学力は問いません。
　社内で英語研修のプログラムが用意されており、レベルに合わせてご利用いただけます。
【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
