Key responsibilities include team leadership, client relationship management, contract negotiation, and commercial tracking. The candidate should have several years of experience in content planning, implementation, and client servicing.

Our Dentsu Media Partnerships Team is a cornerstone of our top-tier services. As the creative and bespoke division of Dentsu, our mission is to craft innovative media sponsorships, partnerships, and content that captivate audiences and enable brands to connect through culture, ultimately achieving their business goals. We collaborate seamlessly with every Dentsu department to produce bold, unconventional media content, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

We’re hiring for a Maternity Cover - Account Director as part of Amplifi in London.

(July 2025 – Feb 2026)

Purpose of the Role

To deliver outstanding and profitable work for team clients via innovative and ambitious integrated content, partnership & sponsorship solutions, whilst managing a high performing team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

People Relations and Excellence in Client Servicing 

Directs, mentors and nurtures their team

  • Owns senior day to day management of TSL clients and agency planners to ensure work is to an excellent standard and relationship is collaborative and fruitful
  • Challenges and probes client brief, ensuring the team has complete clarity on client objectives and delivers key creative and strategic input
  • Works collaboratively with Media Owners to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive innovation 

Operational Expertise 

  • Installs consistent ways of working. 
  • Leads on negotiation of contracts with external stakeholders, together with development of scope of work and fee remuneration negotiations with clients

Commercial Precision and Income Excellence

  • Takes ownership and accountability of the commercial tracking, output, and delivery for their designated clients

Creative Innovation 

Influential driver of The Story Lab’s culture. A main source of positivity and enthusiasm

Qualifications + Skills

  • Several years’ experience in content, planning implementation, client servicing fields
  • Development and activation of content/ partnerships /sponsorship across multiple media disciplines.
  • Experienced in running a team
  • Detailed cross media knowledge
  • Client & Project Management
  • Negotiation skills and commercial understanding (incl. legal, contacts and the likes)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
